This page is dedicated to the fitness way of life. If you enjoy going to the gym, staying healthy and fitness generally, then you’ve come to the right place. I first stepped in a gym when I was 15 years old and have been a fitness fanatic ever since. While I don’t hold a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, I like to think my experience over the years is valuable and can be useful to others which is why I created this site.

I’m always learning and trying new things so will be sharing my experiences along the way.
